If you are not a current HCA member, but select a member rate, you will be contacted by HCA staff to authorize payment for the correct fee. Your registration will not be accepted until proper payment is made.

If you are a Full or Monday-Only registrant, you must select which concurrent sessions you plan to attend. Note: Sessions are repeated on Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by May 23 are refundable, less a 25 percent administrative fee. Cancellations must be received in writing (via email tbrown@hcanys.org). After May 23, cancellations are subject to forfeiting the entire registration fee. Those who are registered and do not attend the conference, and fail to comply with the cancellation policy, will be billed. Substitutions are permitted.
