  • NEW THIS YEAR :: EXHIBITOR PASSBOOKS
    More attendee traffic for our exhibitors! HCA encourages conference attendees to visit with our exhibitors. This year we will be raffling off cash prizes during the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream with exhibitors on Monday. The only way attendees qualify to enter into the cash prize drawings is by visiting all exhibitors. Each attendee will have an exhibitor passbook. Stickers from each exhibitor must be collected and placed in the exhibitor passbook. Passbooks can be turned in for entry into our cash prize drawings only after all exhibitor stickers have been collected. Exhibitor stickers will be provided in your exhibitor packets upon conference check-in.
  • HCA’s EXHIBITOR RAFFLE
    Don’t forget to participate in the Exhibitor Raffle. Your company’s prize will be raffled to attendees during the Ben & Jerry’s on Monday with exhibitors. Your prize will be listed in HCA’s Annual Meeting Program Booklet and may range from a basket of goodies to a color television! When registering on-line complete the “Raffle Prize” Section of the exhibitor contract to be listed in the official program. HCA encourages all exhibitors to donate a special item for this event in order to maximize marketing opportunities throughout the conference.

    product/services description will be listed in HCA’s official
    Annual Meeting Program.

If you need internet or phone line service for your booth it is an
additional charge and must be ordered 3 to 4 weeks in advance of
the show to assure service. Onsite orders will be accommodated on
availability and on a first come, first served basis; special pricing may
apply. Spa.Net LLC is the service provider for internet and phone
lines at the conference. To place an order, use the contact information
below and be prepared to give the following information: event dates,
contact information, booth number, number of internet devices, if you
need a public IP, number of phone lines and if you need credit card
capacity.

Hotel Reservations
Do NOT delay in making your hotel reservations. See below for the hotel cut-off dates. It is likely that the rooms will be sold out prior to the cut-off date, so act quickly on securing a room. In order to secure a hotel room, you must FAX or MAIL the HCA Hotel Reservation Form to the appropriate hotel. Phone reservations will NOT be accepted at the participating hotels.
